Orbit Design entered the plastic moldings business when other are companies could not mold a highly- engineered part for which we had build the tool. We bought a computerized plastic injection molding machine, adapted it for our purposes, and soon began making the parts. Orbit Design is changing the rule of the plastic molding industry. Acting as consultants not vendors, we put our customers first and develop respectful, long-lasting relationships. Customers have consistently rewarded our creative approaches, enabling us to grow steadily and aggressively since the company’s inception in 1984 . We are now working with some of the biggest names in key industries and have become the sole supplier of more than 115 parts . At Orbit Design, we take complete responsibility for everything from design to finished part, thereby eliminating a potential conflict from the customer-supplier relations. For certain jobs, we will design, build and test the prototype to produce your product. Over the years, we’ve gain a reputation for making parts that “could not be made”. For some customers, a small inventory of parts is held at our location, so that the emergency needs can be met widely and economically. Orders are routinely shipped just in time, clock to stock.
